Q: I have activated my eGift Card, how do I retrieve it?

A: To retrieve your eGift Card, please check your email inbox for a separate email.

Your Monical’s eGift Card will look similar to this.
The design on the front of your eGift card may vary.

If you did not receive a separate email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.



Q: I purchased an eGift Card for a gift, when should they receive notification?

A: The recipient should have received an email notification immediately. If they did not receive an email, please have them check their spam/junk folder.



Q: I sent the eGift Card to the wrong email address, can that be corrected?

A: Please email us at orders@monicals.com with the date of the of the order, the purchase amount, the wrong email address, the correct email address and a short description, and we will correct it the next business day.
