Q: How do I check my gift card balance?

A: Click here to check your gift card balance. ┬áIf you’re at a Monical’s Pizza restaurant, you can also ask your server to provide your gift card balance.



Q: I have activated my eGift Card, how do I retrieve it?

A: To retrieve your eGift Card, please check your email inbox for a separate email.

Your Monical’s eGift Card will look similar to this.
Your eGift Card numbers are on the left.
Your PIN is the 4 digits on the right.

The design on your eGift Card may vary.

If you did not receive a separate email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.



Q: I purchased an eGift Card for a gift, when should they receive notification?

A: The recipient should have received an email notification immediately. If they did not receive an email, please have them check their spam/junk folder.



Q: I sent the eGift Card to the wrong email address, can that be corrected?

A: Please email us at orders@monicals.com with the date of the of the order, the purchase amount, the wrong email address, the correct email address and a short description, and we will correct it the next business day.



Q: Can I mail a traditional plastic Gift Card to another person?

A: Gift Card orders can be mailed to any United States address. Gift Card orders will be processed the next business day and will be mailed via USPS First Class mail (no tracking available) and can take up to 5-7 days for delivery. Order your traditional Gift Card here.



Q: Can I print a Gift Card for immediate use?

A: Yes! Our eGift Cards make it easy to order and print immediately. Follow our order process and send your eGift Card to any email address. Once you receive our initial email, click the link to activate. You will get a second separate email containing the eGift Card. To redeem, show on phone or print out the eGift Card and take into any Monical’s Pizza restaurant to redeem. Order your eGift Card here.
